I have had the pleasure of working with the staff at Management Systems Development also known as MSD for the last 6.5 years. The professionalism and customer service is unparalleled. Calls are answered and returned in a timely manner; project timelines are continually met and in many cases exceeded and they make themselves available when needed.

Through the years my staff and I have worked one – on - one with Joe Eash, Doug Turner and Michelle Bossin. They have been instrumental in the creation of our Automated Underwriting System, specialized reports, customized documents and customer service.

In instances where answers and system corrections and upgrades are necessary I know I can count on them to get it/them corrected in a timely manner and meet my project deadlines.

With the creation of our Automated Underwriting System, our company has been able to capture additional business with the ease of use and detailed results. Some of the key design features is the ability for brokers to upload their 1003, pull credit, select desired loan program, obtain detailed results based on data information entered and receive email notification with file upload and submission. With approvals, files are conditioned based on data information entered, allowing for expedited closings.

The creation of specialized documents allows us to have upfront disclosures issued within our Automated Underwriting System. Including; AU results, privacy policy and approvals. Obtaining results within the Energizer system is essential to continually audit specific functions and areas.
