The following Features are automatically included with your
upgrade with NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE:

Contact Cards (8.80h).
Contact cards have been added to the Loan Contacts screen to
give you quick access to each contact's detailed information, such as Phone,
Fax and email address. Email addresses when clicked will take you to a
compose new email message screen for ease of use.

Integrated Email (8.70f). Loan
Energizer now includes a built in Email interface
to allow you to select email addresses from your internal contacts lists, and
send the email through your copy of Microsoft Outlook.

Loan Energizer PDF Printer (8.60g).
Loan Energizer now incorporates a PDF printer driver to enable you to save your
print jobs (doc sets, reports, etc.) as a PDF (portable document format) file
which can be opened and printed by Adobe Acrobat Free Reader or any compatible

New User Interface Color Scheme (8.50a).
The user interface has been updated with a new color scheme which is primarily
white with some sections colored in canary yellow. Each user may alter
their color scheme preference, or even reset to original gray scheme.

Combo Loan link (8.30i). New
button on the desktop to allow you to toggle (flip) between linked loans paired
for a combo/piggyback transaction. If not linked yet, it will prompt to
select an existing loan file to link, or create a new combo loan from this
loan's data and flip the piggyback mortgage with this new loan info during

Loan Pipeline View (8.20z). The
Pipeline screen has been changed to now remember each user's filter settings,
and return to this screen when closing a loan or selecting Loan Files from the
menu.

Loan Selection Lookup Column Orders (8.20w). Each user
may set their own preference for the order the columns are displayed when
looking up loans.

3 More Custom Contacts (8.20d). You may now define 3
more contact types for a total of six types, such as Acct Exec, Acct Manager,
funder, shipper, setup, doc drawer, etc. This will help you to better
track everyone involved with each loan.

Single User Mode (8.20b). System wide effect when
enabled. When a loan is open by one user, it may only be opened
as "read only" by other users until closed. When disabled, the system
behaves as usual in multi-user edit mode.

Navigation Bar (8.20a). Each user may opt to use
the new NavBar instead of desktop buttons to navigate the loan file.
Supports both standard display resolutions and also Widescreen aspect ratio.

Flip Borrower and Coborrower (8.20o). To flip the (B)
and (C) data in a specific application, or to swap entire applications in a
given loan file, go to "Active Borrower/Coborrower Set" just above Work the
Deal and follow screen selections.

Speed-Thru Upgrade (8.10d). New on utilities menu is
this option which will check our website for updates, download the setup file,
launch it, and answer all of the questions for you so you can perform a full
upgrade with just a few clicks! Don't forget when "speeding thru" to get
everyone out and turn off Encredit and other ancillary components connected to
Energizer's database.
