New GFE and HUD-1a documents to adhere to regulatory changes. Immediately after your upgrade, your system
will be configured to begin using the new documents on 01/01/2010. You may modify this date, and other GFE settings in defaults.
To set your GFE Settings, go to Defaults/System Setup/General System Preferences then click [More Settings] in the bottom
right corner above the [OK] button. In the More Settings screen, you will find a grouping for GFE Settings.
You may also elect
to change which set of GFE fees to keep for later comparison on HUD-1a pg 2. To keep the latest set of fees (most recent print out)
change the setting here in defaults. If you elect to always use the very first print out's fees, you may assign certain users the
right to reset (erase) the currently held set of GFE disclosed fees (this setting is in user security, define access rights, about
30 items down near the Reg-z fees flags). Erasing the fees will mean that the next GFE print out will be retained for comparison.
In defaults, you may also set some values to prefill the GFE Page 1 dates and number of days values for new loans started from the
Quick-App screen. These values may be edited from the first fees screen (HUD 800's) by clicking [More GFE Items] near lower left
corner of the page. Here you may also set the comparison chart for GFE Page 3 by entering the optional higher rate, and rebate
(in points) to obtain it, and the lower rate and cost (points) to obtain that as well.

Changed the main printing screen to keep latest date-time stamp for printed items, in the reordered field. The smaller
printing windows already used this behavior, and the main screen was updated to now match. Up until this point the main print screen
would only keep the dates from the first and second print jobs. Now it will retain the first and latest print job dates for given
docs.
Also, we altered the GFE, Page 1, Important Dates Section, Item 4 to now accept -1 and print N/A in the document for that value.
