For SQL Editions, the upgrade has been updated to offer the
option to have the tables Reindexed. Also, the upgrade has been changed
to now update picklist tables, such as RepGenII Layout creator.
InterLinq Export: New fields have been added to the Chart of Accounts (GL
Accts) table for Alt-Lender loans.
New ARM screen field: 1st Payment Calc as Start Rate + xxx.xx%
. This is designed for Neg Am ARM loans that offer multiple payment
options. If you wish to have the disclosures relate the minimum payment
instead of a regular payment, to force the amortization to go negative, you may
enter the lender's lower rate that the minimum payment is based upon. For
example, if the minimum due is a payment calculated at 3% below the note rate,
then enter -3.0 in this field (StartRate + -3 ) and the payment
calculated will be from this rate; however, the interest due will be generated
from the regular note rate.

A/U Matrix setup screen now includes option to print out the
rates as you have entered them to keep a log file of your historical
changes. This will print for both matrix based rates and max
loan amounts.
Corrected string "List" functions in the Doc Packages routines, as well as the
A/U Engine for looking for values using the "IN LIST" styled search for
matches. The problem would occur when the loan's value would occur
in a longer string value, causing an incorrect "match" for values like "CONDO"
being found in "CONDO HIGHRISE" and "2/28 ARM" being found in "2/28 ARM
INTEREST ONLY", when they really aren't exact matches. These routines
have been updated to include a measure to prevent subset data matches of this
nature.
Import Mail List: Corrected "v2wrkfile" error message.

use with unsecured lending clients.
Work The Deal: New Ratio: Unsecured debt total / annual income now able to be
displayed adjacent to the debt ratios in left side of screen. To enable,
you must go to Defaults, System Setup, General defaults and check the
corresponding box in the lower right side of the screen, and save. This
will affect users on subsequent log ins.

Lead Reception screen: If [x]Not a Call Queue user is
checked, then the [user] popup will display the system user list (complete)
instead of the call queue's filtered user list.
Doc Kit: If utilizing the optional file-output feature, the subject
property state will now be inserted into the filename, in the 2nd portion of
the filename sequence. For example, the filename may look like this now:
DOCKIT_CA_AAA-05-00001_101606_113842.PDF for a "CA" based loan.
PDF Printer: Loan Energizer now has integrated a PDF printer so that you
don't need to license Adobe PDF printer products. If you have already
licensed Adobe PDF generation products, they will continue to work as
usual. To install the Loan Energizer PDF printer, you must log in to each
workstation as Administrator (or a user with ADMIN rights to install and
register files). Run Ensetup.exe and select [Network Options] then [Loan
Energizer PDF Printer Only]. Make sure the Install TO path is
"C:\Energizf" if that is where the workstation software is installed. For
additional information on what you MUST do after initial setup on each
workstation,

entered by one user may be removed by the other user during [Save] when moving

without having to delete it and re-enter it manually in the appropriate
location.

12/05/06 |
To remedy dates disappearing from loans in SQL editions, we have
removed any preloading of certain forms which was done originally to speed up
the screens in Energizer. With the onset of fast pcs in the workplace,
this should not have much of a noticable effect on your users when moving
around inside a loan file.
RepGenII - When output is XLS, and using user-created Layouts, columns are now
updated with user defined column captions if provided. If you didn't
enter any custom descriptions, then the field name will remain in place in Row
1 as before.
Status Screen no longer will replace the
original application date when changing current status back to application
from another status. Changing to any other status will replace
the date in that status field with today's date.

Changed VSI fax to now launch from within ENERGIZF folder.
Please update your General Defaults for VSI fax to only house the executable
name.
Changed RESPA KIT to do case-insensitive matching for missing/invalid brokers
in AZ. Now will prompt for broker name entry for codes "Z~DU" and "Z~EN"
in eitehr upper or lowercase. The same case-insensitive logic applies for
broker name "_LENDER".
Added [Copy Title/Escr/Atty] to Wire Info screen to fill in Payee
section. If the respective name is selected in the Contacts screen, it
will complete these fields from that contact entry. If none are selected
in Contacts for that company, then user will be prompted with a list to choose
from.
Encredit: Corrected issue with error "Table buffer contains uncommitted
changes" for alias "credrptloanborrty".

A/U New picklist item: Total with Pay History
of 24 months or more that has rated during the last 24 months.
Cross updating between A/U Details "Rebate Requested" and Approval screen
"Pricing" fields. This will occur only if your system has set a
default value in the (Defaults/General/General/CA Mtg Brokers) field captioned
"Additional POC Broker Compensation" on the CA mortgage broker DRE 883 setup
screen. If this field has a valid HUD Line listed, then the Rebate and
Pricing fields will cross-update each other, and also update the corresponding
HUD Line if the amount is a REBATE. If Cost, the HUD line will be zeroed
out.
ELI Export: Added 5th table to the exported file set containg GL Data.

Report Generator II - when exporting to MS Excel, the first row
which contains field names will now populate with your Column Captions if

name if applicable. Names will now be truncated to 31 characters or less,
and remove invalid symbols.
Custom Feature for client request - to use a pre-assigned list of application
numbers by branch when creating new loans.

Report Generator II - You may now use ANY of the status dates as
a filter to dramatically speed up the reporting process. By selecting a
Primary or Sub Status and setting a date range, the RepGenII engine will only
search through that set of data when checking additional filters. If you
don't have any status dates selected when running reports, the system will scan
the entire database of loan files checking filters, which can be very slow on
larger databases. The only exception to this rule is if you have a
memorized report using "Apps Modified since Last Time ran" filter. This
one extra filter is a speed enhanced filter.
Report Layout Creator - In the Layout Creator screen, where you can choose
which fields you want in your report, we have added the ability to enter any
phrase (i.e. "Last Name", "FICO", "Loan Amount", etc.) and have the field
list reflect matches for your search. You can use this instead of
category to help quickly find the various fields you wish to add to your
report, instead of hunting through nearly 1,000 fields in the different
categories.
Custom Report printing - When printing reports built from your Layouts (not the
10 "factory" reports that ship with Energizer), you will notice that some
Weighted Averages are available in the Report Summary at the end of the report
(not per group). These new averages are weighted against Loan Amount, and
will only calculate if you choose those fields in your custom
layout. If you don't have the given field in your list of
fields, then the value will simply reflect zero. The fields for weigfhted
averages are Interest Rate (RATEANNUAL), Risk Score (FICOPRIM), LTV (LTV), CLTV
(CLTV), and Bottom Debt Ratio (DEBTRATIO). The weighted average for Term,
in months, will always be displayed even if you didn't choose it in your layout
fields.
First Collateral Interface - the fields that house the Keys for Signing and
Encrypting the wire transfer files have been widened to accomodate lengthy key
names.
