The look and feel of Loan Energizer's User Interface has been
changed! Now, each user will have the ability to alter the colors
they see that define the screen data groups, or enjoy the new lighter color
scheme that is set by default. For those users who prefer the "old way"
that Energizer used to look, they can simply click [My Preferences] in the
desktop, and select "Classic Gray" and they will have their style reset to
the original gray color scheme.
A/U Details screen now contains many more data extraction values, available to
view or edit.

New feature for Approval system: Receive approval
conditions. This screen is limits user to only change the status of
active conditions (Needed, Ordered, Received) to either Ordered or
Received. No other alterations are allowed. This screen will only
become available to a user who does not have full access to the Approve/Suspend
screen and does have full access to the receive screen. Otherwise, this
screen will not be displayed as a desktop button.
New Feature: [x]Reviewed flag option now available on
loan-level base screens (those which have a button on the desktop). Only
users who are given access to change this value may do so, although any user
wishing to set the reviewed button colors may do so to see that progress.
The usage of this feature would benefit a company who wishes to have a senior
processor or staff underwriter review screens for content, then select
"reviewed" when finished with each basic area. This offers a quick
at-a-glance view of what screens have been reviewed when moving around in a
file, or returning to it later.

Lead Maintenance screen: Overhauled usage style. Due
to length of time it would take to get all records from database to work with,
the screen now comes up empty, and the user may enter some upfront data filters
to get back a subset of data to work with. Then, as before you may
further filter down the data and work with it. This screen is no longer

Corrected Amortization routine where the rate would exceed
the Index+Margin when Worstcase=No in given tier. This also corrects the

and Life Cap while amortizing. This was detected while building out ARM
Plans for MTA Option ARMs, and may not have affected other types of adjustment
scenarios.
Datatrac Export: updated output for Amortization Term to use payment term
(from ARM screen) for 40/20 products.
Broker Popup: Export button only available now for defaults, and only exports
data filtered in list. this is done to prevent users from exporting out
information about Brokers/Dealers outside the scope of their security access.
Broker Popup: lookup Broker by Datatrac ID - custom client feature.
FNMA DU Export: 05H Proposed housing record values now always pull from Subject
property, not necessarily the borrower's "owner occupied residence".
Previously all 05H records related to the borrower's actual present and
proposed expenses (where they live).
