New functionality has been added to the Lead Module to assist
reception in distributing calls. If you have the lead system, and use the Lead
Reception screen for inbound calls, you may now enable the Call Queue. Once
enabled, you may set in each rep's security record (under screen preferences)
that they are a Queue User. Then they will be able to "log in" to the call
queue and set their status, such as "Available, Busy, On Phone, Unavailable,
etc.". When reception transfers a lead to a user through the lead reception
screen, their status is set to On Phone and their waiting in Queue time is
reset as well. Reception can see at a glance who is Available and the user
waiting the longest is sorted to the top for quick distribution.

Added SIVA to doc type list in the AU Details screen.
Added Prepay Type (Hard/Soft/Custom) to the Closing Doc Info screen. This
doesn't currently print on any library documents. If you wish to incorporate
this into your approval letter or other document, please contact MSD support.
Changed HELP system behavior. Now the loader will copy the help files locally
to each workstation, and clicking help on the menu will launch the help files
from your local computer instead of from the server. Many newer versions of the
Windows operating system will not allow the workstations with user security
restrictions in place to open the help files. Running the help system locally
will usually take care of this issue.

Properties screen - hide purchase flag when not viewing subject property.
This was confusing some clients as it eluded to purchasing properties that were
not actually being purchased.
Filter LO/PR/UW popups by User's Security Scope, i.e. if they
can only see their team's loans then can only see members of their team in
these lists.
Call Queue: New fields by user to control Queue Count Scope, and user
visibility of other users in Queue.
New A/U Engine Rules Evaluation tool. This allows you to view, step through,
and evaluate a loan against the rules as they fire to see why some rule blocks
may or may not fire off. This is very useful in determining why a loan
file was graded the way it was by the engine, and determining if you need to
make any changes to the existing rule set.

Call Queue: Queue users may now "Click-To-Change" their

User Security: Inherit access rights from another
usercode. You may now create a "template" user and build out the rights
for that template item (to use like groups) and then set many users to inherit
their access rights from that template user. For example, you may create
a new user with code "~LO" and then enter the name as something like "Loan
Officer Template" then set the security rights to that template as how you want
all Loan Officers to behave. Then on each LO's record, enter the "~LO"
code in the Inherit Access Rights From UserCode field. This way, when you
need to make updates to the security settings, simply change the template
record. At next log in, any user inheriting that template will
automatically pickup those changes, instead of you needing to edit dozens of
user records. Further, you can set the template record to "account
disabled" so no one can log in as the template account.

HMDA Closeout: Use Lockdate from Approval screen if
completed, otherwise take selection from closeout screen.
Pipeline Lookup screen: Corrected bug where current status filter was
being ignored.
Auto-popup Decline Reasons screen now when current status is set to any of the
3 sub-statuses. Previously only occurred for change to primary Declined
Status.
Lead Call Queue: Log In hours feature. You can now set up call
shifts for varying hours during the day.
Encredit: When a tradeline has a balance, but no payment, the payment was
previously automatically calculated as 5% for balances < $1000 and 3% for
balances >= $1000. Now, in Credit Defaults, you can set these values
to what you want.

When deleting additional borrower sets from a loan file,
Energizer now cleans up additional hidden table data to prevent external
processes from accidentally seeing it and not knowing what to do with the data.
Phone & SSN Lookup in the Loan Selection lookup screen have been merged,
and changed in behavior. Now, when searching under these types, all
matches are listed on screen for you to choose from. Then, the loan
selected is opened immediately, instead of sending you back to the main lookup
screen to reselect it again. This new screen also adheres to the user's
access to loans and will not list loans outside the scope of what this user
should be allowed to see.

Combo Loan link: New button on the desktop to allow you to
toggle (flip) between linked loans paired for a combo/piggyback
transaction. If not linked yet, it will prompt to select an existing loan
file to link, or create a new combo loan from this loan's data and flip the
piggyback mortgage with this new loan info during creation. Further, when
updating the Loan Amount, Rate, Payment or Term in Work The Deal, you will be
prompted if you would like to have the piggyback mortgage in the linked loan
updated automatically with these changes.
Upgrade helper: Once all workstations and EnCredit are running version
8.30i or higher, then during future upgrades users will not be allowed to log
in during the upgrade process. Further if they left their workstation logged
into Energizer it will save and close them out automatically so you can proceed
with the upgrade without having to determine who is still in preventing you
from running the upgrade. Finally, for EnCredit, if it is left on, and it
determines you are trying to run an upgrade, it will close out and wait until
the upgrade is finished, then relaunch the loader (EnCw.exe) to upgrade itself
and restart automatically. It will, however, only wait up to one hour for
the upgrade to finish. If your upgrade takes longer than one hour, you
will have to manually restart it when complete.

just the active loan file.

New Import screen. The import screen has been overhauled
to use a new interface, although for compatibility reasons you will still see
many of the previously used options for converting data during import and
reassigning new values. This new user interface runs faster and smoother
than the old one, and offers new progress bars to let you know where it is
along the way.
The "Flip To Combo" loan routine in Work The Deal which updates the linked
loan's piggyback mortgage will now set the payment to the Qualify Pmt, not the
actual payment, so that your debt ratios in both loan files match. The
Qualify Payment is calculated based on the qualify rate listed int he ARM Plan
screen, and will be displayed on Work The Deal just below the Total Monthly
payment on the left side of the screen.
A new Simple Interest Calculation has been added to the payment calculation
methods listed in the Closing Doc Info screen 1. It is for use with
Retail Installment lending for both short-term and long-term 1st payment
deferments.

requirement and cross check to allow users to leave the phone number field
blank, and also not see any displays about existing loans with same home phone
number. To set this option, go to Defaults, System Setup, General System
Preferences and check the box near bottom stating to disable this
feature. This setting will not affect users until the next time they log
in after you save your changes.
Import Screen: added a checkbox to allow you to force the Investor
Program Map screen to be displayed even if it already has a one-to-one match
for all inbound Programs (includes FNMA DU file imports). This is not
checked by default, by will default to "checked" if you select a FNMA DU
file. You may still clear this box if you don't want to change the
current FNMA DU setting for Investor Program.

Corrected error message in Loan Pipeline Lookup screen when
returning to screen after having selected a user in the "user filter" list.
Corrected Report Generator output for Finance Charge field under Title I
and Equity 2nd loans. the value was not being recalculated and would
report the Fin.Chg from previous loan in output.
Corrected "Type Mismatch" error when deleting a Broker from the Defaults menu
Broker popup.
Changed Create Combo Loan routine to zero out the Index and Margin if new Plan
type is Fixed. The new plan comes from the "Default Arm Plan" listed for
the selected Investor Program in defaults. When creating a combo loan
from a loan using an ARM, the Index and Margin fields would be copied from
the original loan since the Index Value is not a defaultable field. This
did not affect any loans for calculations, but did cause undesirable results
during data exports after the loan was finished.
Added more information to AU results screen in Work The Deal in preparation for
upcoming features.

have them sent before you are out of compliance.
Distiller Server clients: Now when Energizer is waiting for the returned
files from Distiller, it will pause for 5 seconds before trying to move the
file to give Distiller time to completely move and release the file. When
waiting for the file, Energizer also now pauses 5 seconds in between directory
checks to lighten the load on network and disk traffic.
