From time to time, clients may be instructed to refer here to obtain lists of information for testing or instruction.

	Some versions of Loan Energizer were automatically setting Report Hmda to "N" causing your HMDA Closeout to be incomplete and not contain all necessary loans that you should be reporting.  There is a flag in each loan file that you can set to "N" to force the HMDA Closeout to skip the loan when extracting report data.  If you find that your HMDA Reports are missing loan files, you may need to download this program and run it from your "EnergizF" folder to reset the Reportable flags back to empty (" ") which will then let the Closeout routines decide whether or not the loan should be reported based on internal rules.
