Security settings

You may designate the following settings to keep full control over your sensitive data:

• Designate which users may user this screen.
• Set who may Add new files.
• Set who may View/Check Out files.
• Set who may mark files as Reviewed, and add review comments.
• Set who may replace files, and enter comments as to why they replaced the document.
