This
feature is included for FREE with every Loan Energizer! system, and works with
all versions of Microsoft Outlook including 2007.
With integrated email you can:
Send docs straight to title
Send the borrower upfront disclosures
Email your appraiser a request form
...and more!
From any location in Loan Energizer where you can print out documents
or reports you have the option of saving the print out as a PDF file,
or emailing the PDF.
You may enter in names and email addresses manually, or select from your Loan
Energizer Contacts book to have the Contact's Name and email address filled in
for you.

Since each loan file allows you to select who the various contacts associated
with the loan file are (such as Title Co, Appraiser, Broker, Loan Officer,
etc.), you don't need to remember what each company's contact name and
email address is.
As long as you have selected the given contact for your loan file, when you
reach the email message window you may simply click the button for the
corresponding address line, and select which contact you wish to automatically
pull information from.
If the "defaults" record for the selected contact shows a Contact Name, then
that person will be listed in the message. If not, their company name
will be displayed instead. Finally, if the email address for this
contact is missing, then the brackets will be inserted for you, and you will be
instructed to complete the address to send the mail.
