This
feature is included for FREE with every Loan Energizer! system, and the email
portion works with all versions of Microsoft Outlook including 2007.
From the Loan Contacts screen you may click on the name of any contact -
whether it's a person or a company, and see the contact info immediately
without having to click the selector button and edit the setup details.
Quick access to the most important information is now at your fingertips to
help speed you through the processing of your loan file!
If the selected contact has an email address listed in their setup record (as
shown here in the example on the left), you may simply click on the email
address and be taken directly into the email editing window to quickly send
them a message.
The Loan Energizer Contacts book will automatically fill in
the Contact's Name and email address for you.

Further, since each loan file keeps track of the various contacts associated
with this loan file (such as Title Co, Appraiser, Broker, Loan Officer,
etc.), you don't need to remember what each company's contact name and
email address is, and it's simple to add additional contacts to this email
message.
To add additional recipients to this message, simply click the button for
the corresponding address line, and select which contact you wish to
automatically pull information from.
If the "defaults" record for the selected contact shows a Contact Name, then
that person will be listed in the message. If not, their company name
will be displayed instead. Finally, if the email address for this
contact is missing, then the brackets will be inserted for you, and you will be
instructed to complete the address to send the mail.
